Western New England University ASME Student Design Competition team took home a fourth place finish overall in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) 2016 Student Design Competition Finals.

College of Business Dean Robert Kleine announced that senior Management and Leadership major, Macy Peach, is the recipient of the 2016 Lawrence H. Nath Management award, given annually to the Management major with the highest cumulative grade-point average at the completion of the junior year. Peach, of Enfield, Connecticut, received a monetary gift and a certificate in recognition of this honor. In addition, Peach's name will be added to the plaque of students who have received this award previously. The plaque is displayed in the foyer of the College of Business in Churchill Hall.
