In his remarks, President Robert E. Johnson pushed students to embrace every challenge as an opportunity for growth: "As you navigate the uncertainties and opportunities that lie ahead, remember that you possess the influence to inspire, innovate, and transform our global society."
Nina Sullivan, who will graduate with a degree in Forensic Chemistry, was selected to deliver the student address. "For me, every day at Western New England University since the first semester of freshman year contained an 'I can't wait' moment. Everything was so new, and I couldn't wait to do it all," added Sullivan as she addressed her fellow graduates. "After every accomplishment, each 'I can't wait' moment became an 'I did it' moment; each experience became a memory that I can look back on forever."
