Shelby L. Bartram Receives Degree from Western New England University

Shelby L. Bartram of Port Deposit, MD, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western New England University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering on May 16, 2015 in the Alumni Healthful Living Center on the University's campus.
