Kristen N. Lovell Inducted Into Sigma Tau Delta National Honor Society

Kristen Lovell was welcomed into Sigma Tau Delta National Honor Society on May 4, at the Western New England University chapter's annual induction ceremony which took place in the University's D'Amour Library. Sigma Tau Delta is the international English honor society. Its central purpose is to confer distinction upon students of the English language and literature who exhibit high standards of academic excellence. The society also strives to promote interest in literature and the English language in surrounding communities and foster all aspects of the discipline of English, including literature, language, and writing.

Western New England University has a total of 21 honor societies on campus. Close to 600 students were inducted into these organizations in the Spring 2017 semester.
