Kara Sheftel Receives Degree from Western New England University

Kara S. Sheftel of Manchester, CT, received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies degree from Western New England University. Sheftel graduated With Honors which recognizes students enrolled in the University's Honors Program.
