Constantine Miseo Honored at Western New England University

Melina M. Constantine Miseo of Commack, NY, received the Honors Graduate in Sociology Award at the College Honors Ceremonies at Western New England University. This award is given to a graduating senior with the highest GPA and GPA of 3.50 or higher in the Sociology program. Dr. William Force, Assistant Professor of Sociology, presented the award.

Graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Constantine Miseo is a member of Alpha Lambda Delta national honor society, and is named to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges 2013-2014.

Melina worked with student organizations on campus such as Feminists Unite! and the Gender-Sexuality Alliance. She has also participated in multiple academic conferences. Melina will be attending the University of Missouri to obtain her PhD in Sociology.
