Caruso Wins Student Life Award at Western New England University

Robert L. Caruso of Centereach, NY, has recently received the Richard M. DiRuzza Student Life Award from Western New England University. Caruso is a junior graduating with a degree in Communication - Journalism. The Richard M. DiRuzza Student Life Award is given in recognition of volunteer service to the University and to a student who has had a direct impact on improving the quality of student life.

The award is named in honor of former Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Richard M. DiRuzza, who devoted 18 years of service to Western New England. The naming recognizes DiRuzza's support of underclassmen by helping them to become more engaged and involved in the University.
