Babcock Honored at Western New England University

Kevin Babcock of Vernon, CT took home three awards during Western New England University’s 13th annual Student Media Festival. Babcock won Second Place in both the Jury Award TV Report category and in the People's Choice Award TV Report category for his story titled “Envision Marketing.” In addition, he took Third Place in the People's Choice Award PSA/Commercial category for his story titled “Mortar Board.” Babcock is a Graduating Senior with a degree in Communication Media Theory and Production at the University.

The Student Media Festival was created to provide students a venue to display their works to fellow students, faculty, staff, and the public so that students can be recognized for their successes in creating quality films and videos over the past year.
